Policy and Pricing

Deposit & Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required to reserve the painting.
The deposit secures your spot in my schedule and guarantees that I will begin the work.
The deposit will only be refunded if I do not proceed with agreed-upon updates or if the painting is not completed in a timely manner.
Booking & Agreement:
By booking a commission with me, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Shipping Costs:
For clients residing outside of Fort Wayne, shipping costs will be applied and billed separately.
Once your painting is completed, I will provide the cost and arrange for shipping.
Payment Plan Option:
Clients have the option to make payments to hold a painting if needed. Please discuss a payment plan with me in advance if this is preferred.
Customization & Price Adjustments:
Once you have decided on the specific details of the painting, you may add additional features to the original concept.
Please note that any additions or changes will result in a price increase, and I will provide a revised quote before proceeding.
No Cancellations or Changes After Deposit:
Once a deposit has been placed, the decision is final. There will be no changes of mind or cancellations once the deposit has been made.
